Ferd’s renowned Bedroom Ensemble has been repeatedly requested by
miniature collectors for almost a decade when it became part of his sold
out Legacy Collection. He’s finally honored their many requests with this
lovely Bedroom Ensemble to live up to every dream, and fit for a queen.
The Dream Bed
No detail has been overlooked, and this Bedroom Ensemble offers the talent and skills of The Workshop Wizard, who is an IGMA Fellow and has been given the prestigious title of A Great American Woodworker.
Each piece bears the Greek Key edging for which Ferd is known, as well as his petite finials, and of course his amazing open flame finial crowns The Vanity Wardrobe.
Pair of Piecrust Tables
Elaborate detailing and lush serpentined curves create a truly elegant collection for
the bedroom of your very own dreams.
The Federal Dresser
Note how the petite floral vines along the sides of The Dream Bed echo those on
the curved doors of The Vanity Wardrobe. A Greek Key design motif is also found
repeated along many edges.
An oval inlay of dark and light woods lends a note of global charm and a luring sophistication. The hand carved floral ornamentation is repeated in both The Dream Bed and The Vanity Wardrobe.
Choices are currently still available on some details of various editions, for instance, The Federal Dresser above has an oval inlay, while the one below is graced with a surface of rich Carpathian Burl inlay. Additionally The Piecrust Tables have choices on surface treatments and currently include a variety of inlays, from simple to hexagon shaped inlays.
Ferd’s now, almost sold out edition of The Metamorphic Desk is shown below, but
is not included in The Bedroom Ensemble. The entire Bedroom Ensemble consists of The Vanity Wardrobe, The Federal Dresser, a Pair of Piecrust Tables, and of course his latest edition, The Dream Bed. While all are currently available separately, a considerable savings exists when purchased as a group.
